Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags still attached
• In their original packaging
• Free of makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or odors

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color instead? Let us know when you request your exchange and we'll ship the replacement ASAP.

Return And Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately — in these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by We Wear.
